So the penny will be dead and gone this fall...there will be people that appreciated it when it was here. But, there are those that will continue to try to defame it long after it is gone, but, those same people used it to their convenience when it was around, for example, when they had a bill of $5.56 or $20.41. Why would they try to conduct a memory of total dismay of this little coin? It sort of boggles my mind. Of course it never had the glamour of the quarter, but it was handy, none the less. Some of us will never forget. I suppose in humanitarian death the same applies...it still boggles my mind. ~something to think about~

Ahoy, from Brooks, Alberta Canada. Weather was fine all day, sunny and warm. Breeze cooled off late afternoon as they are calling for flurries in the morning. Outside all morning with my daughter Katie, teaching her to ride a bike. I had to work in the evening. Signing off for now, Nevin.
